Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a Distribution Terminal Superintendent to oversee daily operations of a liquid fertilizer storage and handling facility. You will lead a team, manage budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and uphold site security while coordinating maintenance and emergency responses.

The role requires experience with NH3 or dry product warehousing, strong maintenance knowledge, and proven staff leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience with NH3 storage and handling and/or dry product warehousing.
• Strong maintenance knowledge, especially compressors and pumps.
• Experience managing people and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a liquid fertilizer storage and handling facility.
• Lead and develop staff; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and on-site inventory.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and regulatory documentation.
