Job summary

CF Industries in Glenwood, MN seeks a Distribution Terminal Superintendent to oversee daily operations of a liquid fertilizer storage and handling facility, leading a team to ensure safe, reliable operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance in an OSHA PSM environment.

This role requires hands-on leadership, experience with NH3 or dry product warehousing, and strong safety culture. CF Industries offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; NH3 storage/handling experience preferred.
Strong leadership and people-management skills with safety focus.
Solid knowledge of maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, etc.).
Good written and verbal communication; PC literacy and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility operations with safety and reliability as priorities.
Ensure timely, reliable, and cost-efficient receipt and shipment of product.
Coordinate maintenance, both preventative and corrective; manage equipment upkeep.
Lead facility personnel and manage records for shipping, receiving and inventory.
Train Operators and Administrative staff in safe operations.
Ensure compliance with CF policies and all applicable regulations.
Maintain regulatory documentation (OSHA, DOT, state).
Support on-site troubleshooting and inventory management.
