Job summary

CF Industries seeks a Distribution Terminal Superintendent to lead daily operations of a liquid fertilizer storage facility in the United States. You will supervise a team, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance in an OSHA PSM-regulated environment.

The role requires experience with NH3 handling, equipment maintenance, and strong leadership. A college degree is preferred and a comprehensive benefits package is provided along with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience with NH3 storage/handling and/or dry product warehousing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance procedures, compressors and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the liquid fertilizer storage and handling facility.
• Lead staff and contracted personnel to safely execute planned work and ensure operational excellence.
• Allocate and monitor budgets; implement site security guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and administer all emergency, preventative, and contract maintenance.
• Train and develop Operators and Administrative staff in safe operations and procedures.
• Maintain regulatory documentation (OSHA, DOT, state) and records for shipping, receiving and inventory.
