Job summary

CF Industries seeks a Distribution Terminal Superintendent to lead daily operations at a liquid fertilizer storage and handling facility. You will manage staff, ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and reliable product movement, while overseeing budgets and site security in an OSHA PSM-regulated environment.

The role emphasizes safety leadership for employees, contractors, and the surrounding community, with a focus on performance and continuous improvement in a complex operations setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience with NH3 storage and handling or dry product warehousing.
• Strong maintenance knowledge, especially pumps and compressors.
• Experience managing people and processes.
• Good written and oral communications skills.
• PC skills for order processing; basic software literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operation with safety and reliability as the primary focus.
• Ensure timely, reliable, and cost-efficient receipt and shipment of product.
• Coordinate emergency, preventive and contract maintenance.
• Lead and evaluate facility personnel; maintain shipping/receiving and inventory records.
• Train and develop Operators and Administrative staff in safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with CF policies and regulatory requirements.
