Job summary

The role requires managing maintenance, training staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple sites in North America. You will lead a team, coordinate safety programs, and collaborate with regulators, with a strong emphasis on preventing incidents and maintaining accurate records and inventories.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience with NH3 storage and handling.
• Knowledge of compressors and pumps.
• Experience managing people and processes.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• PC skills for order processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations with safety and reliability as the focus.
• Ensure timely, reliable and cost-efficient receipt and shipment of product.
• Coordinate and administer preventive and contract maintenance.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate facility personnel; maintain records.
