Job summary

Vancrest of Urbana, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support resident care in our Ohio facility. You will implement care plans, perform treatments, assist with assessments, and supervise nursing assistants while ensuring quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement a resident care plan.
• Perform direct nursing services including treatments and assessments.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Delegate parts of the care plan to nursing assistants with supervision.
• Record pertinent information in the patient record.
• Identify and evaluate residents’ responses to health problems and treatments.
• Communicate residents’ care needs to the care team.
• Oversee and support the resident plan of care as a working leader.

Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Responsibilities include

• Implementing a resident care plan
• Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations

• delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary
• consulting with and validating data

• assuming responsibility for professional growth and development
• other duties as assigned by the director of nursing.
• Working leader- oversees and implements a resident plan of care

• Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments

Requirements of RN:
