Job summary

Vancrest of Urbana, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time 2nd and 3rd shift to support resident care planning and quality of life. The role focuses on direct patient care within a compassionate team environment.

The RN will implement care plans, administer treatments, assist in assessments, and contribute to accurate documentation and care coordination across shifts. A valid Ohio RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and team members.
• Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Implementing a resident care plan.
• Administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations.
• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Delegating components of the care plan to nursing assistants with supervision.
• Consulting with and validating data and recording pertinent information in patient records.
• Identify and evaluate residents' responses to health problems and treatments.
• Communicate residents' care needs to others involved in care.

Nursing Responsibilities include
