Vancrest Health Care Centers in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to implement resident care plans, administer treatments, and assist with assessments and evaluations. You will delegate appropriate tasks to nursing assistants and supervise care under the direction of the director of nursing.

• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Delegating suitable components of the care plan to nursing assistants and supervising when necessary
• Consulting with and validating data
• Recording pertinent information in the patient record
• Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments
• Communicating residents' care needs to others involved in the care
• Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development
• Other duties as assigned by the director of nursing
• Working leader—oversees and implements a resident plan of care
