Job summary

Texas Health Care PLCC is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support training and hands-on deployment of NextGen EHR at our clinics in North Texas. You will deliver orientation, on-live onboarding, and post-live guidance to physicians, providers, and office staff on best practices for PMGNTX EHR software.

Responsibilities include diagnosing user issues, participating in major upgrades, and providing first- and second-level support to internal system users.

Qualifications

• Three years of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of ambulatory practice workflows and medical terminology.
• Understanding of HIPAA rules and privacy.
• Ability to interact positively with diverse staff and providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person onboarding and training to staff on EHR best practices.
• Respond to user issues, diagnose problems, and follow up with solutions.
• Participate in upgrades and testing as needed.
• Provide day-to-day customer support to providers and staff at clinics.
