Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare seeks a Clinical Applications Coordinator to support the implementation, configuration, training, and daily use of clinical application systems, including EHR, EDR, and PM platforms. You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve workflows, documentation, system utilization, and user adoption.

The role emphasizes developing training materials, providing ongoing support, and preparing monthly reports as a Super User, with a focus on HIPAA

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
3+ years of professional Clinical Applications Coordinator experience.
Experience with NextGen EHR, EDR, and PM software.
Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance in a clinical environment.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide role‑specific EHR/EDR/PM training and onboarding.
Develop training materials, guides, and reporting resources.
Provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting.
Evaluate workflows, system performance, and functionality.
Conduct gap analysis for system upgrades and implementations.
Identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows and EHR utilization.
Support quality improvement initiatives related to clinical documentation.
Develop and maintain templates and reports.
Collaborate with Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, HIM, Business Office, and Administration teams.
Prepare monthly reports and serve as a Super User.
