You will educate clinicians and administrative staff on EMR use, create materials, conduct hands-on sessions, and assess training effectiveness to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes onboarding, ongoing education, and large-scale project support to improve user proficiency and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 7 years related work experience.
• EPIC Certification required upon hire.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding education for new hires, ensuring consistency with standards.
• Create and update EMR training resources such as tip sheets, videos, and slides.
• Lead hands-on training sessions and provide ongoing support to staff.
• Evaluate lessons learned and implement improvements to training programs.
• Support maintenance of the EMR training environment, including updates and troubleshooting.
• Assist Curriculum Review Board with scheduling and documenting decisions.
