You will coach and motivate team members, plan staffing, manage shifts, ensure quality standards, and uphold Panera’s Guiding Values and Behaviors. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Capable of leading, coaching, and developing others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead an amazing team and a neighborhood bakery-cafe to success.
• Inspire and celebrate your team, partner with the General Manager in overseeing operations, delight guests, and grow the business.
• Hire, onboard, and train new team members while motivating and engaging the entire team.
• Manage staffing needs, shift scheduling, and people development.
• Ensure timely guest service and maintain quality standards.
