Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification or ability to achieve.
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead an amazing team and oversee bakery-cafe operations.
• Partner with General Manager to manage staffing, scheduling and development.
• Hire, onboard and train team members while motivating and celebrating the team.
• Ensure guest service standards and quality goals are met.
• Develop managers on processes and adherence to Panera's guiding values.
