Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager by making key decisions and problem solving.
• Plan and manage staffing, shift scheduling, and team development.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach team members to foster engagement and growth.
• Monitor performance to meet bakery-cafe goals, quality, and guest service standards.
• Partner with the General Manager to develop managers and promote Panera's values.
• Ensure guest delight through quality food and service, and build loyal relationships.
