Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer.
• Weekend and national holiday availability required.
• Experience with newborns in a medical setting is a plus (1–3 months).

Responsibilities

• Perform newborn hearing screens and educate parents on importance of early intervention.
• Assess screen readiness and ensure reliable results.
• Document and upload screen data, including billing and state reporting.
• Schedule outpatient appointments for refer babies when needed.
• Follow PPE, vaccination, and compliance protocols.
