Mass General Brigham is seeking a Hearing Test Technician to perform newborn hearing screenings prior to discharge. You will monitor daily census, document results, and communicate with parents, reporting to the Hearing Screening Coordinator.

Responsibilities include following protocols, entering data in Epic, maintaining equipment, arranging follow-up appointments for infants who do not pass, and assisting with training new students in the hearing program.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0–1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with newborn hearing screenings preferred.

Mansioni

• Follow protocols for newborn hearing screening prior to discharge.
• Enter patient information and screening results in the Epic system.
• Maintain stock and ensure equipment is operational.
• Communicate results to parents and staff.
• Arrange follow-up audiological appointments for infants who do not pass.
• Assist in training new students and participate in ongoing education.
