Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience conducting hearing screenings or in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate results to parents and staff.
• Familiarity with audiology equipment and testing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform newborn hearing screenings prior to discharge.
• Document results in Epic and program logs.
• Maintain stock and ensure equipment is functioning.
• Schedule follow-up appointments for infants who do not pass.
• Assist in training new students to the hearing program.
