Aufgaben

• Perform newborn hearing screening on all newborns prior to discharge.
• Document screening results in Epic and communicate with parents and staff.
• Maintain adequate supply levels and ensure equipment is functioning.
• Enter results into program records and medical charts as directed.
• Arrange follow-up appointments for infants who do not pass screening.
• Provide training assistance to students in the hearing program.
• Participate in unit continuing education and training sessions.
