Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Technician to provide hearing tests for newborns after birth. This role requires compliance with safety protocols and the ability to treat families with care. Successful candidates will receive on-job training, including annual certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company and facility policies.
• Evaluate each patient for screen readiness.
• Perform the hearing screen and follow documentation protocols.
• Treat each screened baby and their family with care.
• Upload all screen results by the end of each shift.
