Job summary

Pediatrix is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Technician to provide hearing screenings to newborns in hospital settings. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and annual certification.

Responsibilities include conducting hearing screens, educating new parents, entering patient data, and following protocol for safety and billing. Qualifications

• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays required.
• One to three months of related experience is preferred.
• Experience working with infants and in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct newborn hearing screens in the hospital.
• Educate parents about the importance of hearing screens.
• Enter patient data and validate hearing screens.
• Follow protocols for security and infection control.
