Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the newborn hearing screening program across multiple sites within the region. You will serve as the on-site technical lead, ensuring high-quality screenings and coordinating workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience in healthcare.
• Experience with newborns or neonatal care preferred.
• Experience managing multiple sites (1–2 years preferred).
• Current CPR certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct delivery of newborn hearing screenings.
• Act as on-site technical lead ensuring high-quality screening.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling across sites.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI performance.
• Attend interviews and participate in hiring.
• Review timecards and approve time off.
• Provide reports to hospital leadership.
• Ensure compliance with PPE, vaccinations, and safety protocols.
• Monitor state reporting and BI dashboards.
• Maintain equipment checklists.
