Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer.
• Minimum two years of experience as a manager or supervisory role.
• Prior experience with newborns or in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screening program at multiple sites within the region.
• Perform and document newborn hearing screenings following clinical protocols.
• Supervise Hearing Screen Technicians and conduct annual evaluations.
• Create schedules, manage staffing, and participate in hiring as directed.
• Maintain on-site operating standards, reports, and compliance with safety protocols.
