Job summary

Disc Centers of America- Altamonte Springs is seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming heart of our clinic. You will play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional patient journey from the initial contact through the completion of care.

You will greet patients, manage check-in/out and scheduling, handle calls, educate on care plans, collect payments, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while supporting marketing efforts and clinic growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a medical front desk or administrative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with multi-line phones, MS Office, and EHR systems.
• Energetic, confident, and team-oriented attitude.
• Highly organized with multitasking in a fast-paced wellness setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage check-in/out, and maintain a professional office atmosphere.
• Schedule patient appointments across all care phases.
• Answer calls, follow up with new leads, and guide onboarding.
• Collect payments, explain care plans and insurance vs self-pay.
• Maintain patient records, request medical records, ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Support internal marketing and patient engagement initiatives.
