Job summary

Purple Squirrel Enterprises is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager – State Lead for New Mexico. This remote role requires traveling within NM up to 25% to drive site adoption and coordinate a in-state team to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and expansion of the platform across providers.

You will own executive relationships, lead a small in-state team, partner with Product and Engineering, and deliver measurable ROI while supporting government and enterprise programs in

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management, or similar roles (preferably healthcare SaaS).
• Experience managing large enterprise or government accounts with complex stakeholders.
• Direct people management experience (hiring, onboarding, coaching).
• Strong program/project management skills with multi-site deployments.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the state-level leader for the NM enterprise customer success program.
• Own executive relationships with program stakeholders and partner organizations.
• Lead and mentor 1–3 In-State Customer Success Managers.
• Oversee full-stack customer success across software, hardware, and services.
• Drive large-scale deployments, GO-LIVE, and post-implementation optimization.
• Deliver QBRs, performance reporting, and program updates.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to represent enterprise needs.
