Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the staffing industry.
• At least 3 years in a client-facing role in staffing.
• Experience selling IT, engineering, finance & accounting staffing.
• Experience selling staffing to government entities is desirable.
• Must reside in Albuquerque or Santa Fe, NM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with State of New Mexico stakeholders.
• Increase contractor headcount at existing NM accounts and monitor performance.
• Identify and sell IT staffing and IT project services to new NM departments.
• Coordinate with recruiting and onboarding to maximize placements.
• Meet regularly with recruiting teams to align candidate submissions with job orders.
• Provide high-quality customer service throughout the client and contractor lifecycle.
• Drive account growth and coordinate with MSP/VMS services as needed.
• Travel regularly within New Mexico for client meetings and prospecting.
