Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Team Trainer to support New Member onboarding and ongoing training across the store. You will partner with Store Leadership, the Store Trainer, and Team Members to deliver high‑quality, timely training and maintain accurate records.

You’ll train on customer service, product knowledge, safety, and operational procedures, while modeling engagement and food safety standards. A minimum of 6 months of experience at Whole Foods Market is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Whole Foods Market experience (or equivalent retail training).
• Experience delivering group training preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensures new and ongoing store and team training programs are delivered and completed.
• Coordinates with Team Leaders and Store Trainer to schedule New Member training within first four shifts.
• Tracks and reports New Member Connections and status toward completion.
• Facilitates team-specific operational training including learning pathways and program rollouts.
• Attends Team Trainer meetings and maintains engagement with communication platforms.
