Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks a Team Trainer to deliver quality training for new members and support ongoing team development. You will coordinate with Team Leaders, the Store Trainer, and other qualified team members to ensure New Member connections and training programs are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Whole Foods Market experience (or equivalent retail training).
• General computer skills and basic knowledge of software applications (MS Office).
• Familiarity with Whole Foods Market’s learning systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training programs are delivered and completed on time.
• Schedule New Member training during first four shifts with Team Leaders and Store Trainer.
• Organize, track, and maintain training records in learning systems.
