Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure team training programs are delivered and completed on time.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Store Trainer to schedule New Member training.
• Facilitate team-specific operational training and program rollouts.
• Maintain training records using Whole Foods Market learning systems.
• Train Team Members on customer service standards and product knowledge.
• Model food safety, sanitation, and occupational safety practices.
