Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of Whole Foods Market experience (or equivalent retail training experience).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical requirements.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and complete new and ongoing store training programs.
• Schedule New Member training during the first four shifts.
• Coordinate with New Members, Team Leadership, and Store Trainer on New Member Connections.
