Responsibilities

• Ensures new and ongoing store and team training programs are delivered and completed.
• Coordinates with Team Leaders and the Store Trainer to schedule New Member training during their first four shifts.
• Trains all Team Members on customer service standards and on new products and sales tactics.
• Organizes, tracks, reports, and maintains accurate training records using learning systems.
• Attends Team Trainer meetings and acts as a role model for food safety and sanitation.
