Job summary

Harper in San Francisco is seeking a high-agency Partnerships professional to open new markets and build partner channels from zero. You will run in-field outreach, establish relationships, and turn first signals into a scalable motion under clear direction from leadership.

You will travel frequently, keeping San Francisco as your home base, and you will manage a distribution scoreboard with measurable progress even before revenue appears.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in partnerships, business development, GTM, new markets, field sales, operations, or a high-intensity startup role, with demonstrated ownership
• Evidence you can own messy work end-to-end
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to operate autonomously and context-switch rapidly
• Track record of delivering under pressure with high standards
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate immediately
• Able and willing to travel heavily on a regular basis

Responsibilities

• Open new markets and partner channels from zero
• Travel regularly; San Francisco is home base
• Run the distribution scoreboard; outreach, meetings, referrals, conversion
• Build 0→1 channel motions under direction from Special Projects
• Bridge partnerships, sales, and ops; clean handoffs
• Own problems end-to-end within your markets
• Codify what works to scale beyond you
