Job summary

Harper in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Partnerships professional to own opening new markets and partner channels from zero. You will travel regularly, build first relationships and referrals, and run a measurable distribution scoreboard even when revenue is not yet visible.

You’ll report to Head of Partnerships, execute in market, and push a clear, scalable channel motion with end-to-end ownership of initiatives and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in partnerships, business development, GTM, new markets, field sales, operations, or a high-intensity startup role with demonstrated ownership
• Evidence you can own messy work end-to-end
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to operate autonomously and context-switch rapidly
• Track record of delivering under pressure with high standards
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate immediately
• Able and willing to travel heavily on a regular basis

Responsibilities

• Open new markets and partner channels from zero. First meetings, first relationships, first referrals.
• Travel is a core part of this job; San Francisco is home base.
• Run the distribution scoreboard; outreach, meetings, referrals, conversion.
• Build 0→1 channel motions under clear direction from Special Projects.
• Bridge partnerships, sales, and ops; make handoffs clean.
• Own problems end-to-end within your markets; map constraints and drive decisions.
• Codify effective approaches so they can scale beyond you.
