Job summary

Harper is seeking a Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition Lead to own the paid growth engine in San Francisco. You will drive campaigns across Google, Meta, and lead marketplaces, focusing on CAC, conversion, and throughput to feed the sales funnel.

Work closely with sales and engineering to automate bidding, attribution, and reporting, and to build scalable playbooks for new verticals. This is an on-site role with ambitious growth expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or growth with hands-on Google Ads and Meta.
• Strong understanding of CAC, funnel economics, and attribution.
• Experience running structured experiments and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and lead marketplaces with channel-specific strategies.
• Optimize the full funnel from landing pages to conversion and feed insights to sales in real time.
• Run relentless experiments; scale what works and kill underperformers quickly.
• Automate bidding, pacing, attribution, and reporting with engineering support.
