Job summary

TK Elevator in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Sales Representative for New Installation to drive bids and secure contracts, building strong relationships with customers and design professionals. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience in elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.
• Reads and interprets project specs to develop quotes and bids.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and development of market relationships to maintain TKE presence.
• Present bids to customers and explain cost factors and value of equipment.
• Create submittal packages; negotiate SOW with operations and legal as required.
• Visit project sites to ensure customer deadlines and needs are met.
• Utilize CRM to manage sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
