TK Elevator in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Sales Representative for New Installation. You will bid and secure new installation contracts and develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to meet branch revenue goals.

The role requires 1–2 years of related sales experience, elevator industry knowledge, and the ability to read architectural drawings. You will collaborate with architects, general contractors, and owners to drive profitable projects.

Formación

• 1–2 years in sales, elevator sales or related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator systems.
• Experience coordinating with architects, general contractors, building managers or owners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-bid activities and create compelling bid packages.
• Generate territory leads and build market relationships.
• Explain elevator solutions to design professionals and managers.
• Develop capital plans for building needs.
• Create submittal packages and review specs with operations.
• Present bids and discuss cost factors with customers.
• Negotiate SOW with operations, sales support, and legal.
• Visit project sites to ensure timelines.
• Update CRM and manage sales pipeline.
• Assist in A/R collection to ensure payments.
• Support other duties as assigned.
