Job summary

TK Elevator GmbH in Sacramento seeks an experienced Sales Representative for New Installation. You will lead pre-bid activities, bid development, and client engagements with architects, contractors, and owners to secure profitable installation contracts.

You will coordinate with operations for schedules, change orders, and SOWs, while maintaining an active CRM pipeline and supporting billing processes. A Bachelor's degree and elevator industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/blueprints preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bid and present to customers; maintain market relationships and drive sales revenue.
• Develop capital plans addressing customers' building needs.
• Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and owners in pre-bid activities.
• Create quotes and bidding packages from project plans/specs; coordinate with operations for accuracy.
• Review schedules and site conditions; communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage CRM updates and sales pipeline; assist in accounts receivable as needed.
