TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Sales Representative- New Installation in Sacramento, CA. Responsible for bidding and securing new installation sales contracts while developing and maintaining strong relations with new and existing customers.

You will lead pre-bid activity, coordinate with architects, general contractors, building managers, and owners, prepare quotes, review specs, and support project management from award to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains market relationships to generate leads.
• Pre-bidding activity design and assist with bids and proposals.
• Prepare quotes and bid packages from project plans/specs.
• Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and owners during pre-bid.
• Supports project management during post-award execution and change orders.
