Job summary

The position offers exposure to the homebuilding sales process, collaboration with mortgage teams, and opportunities to learn products and sales processes in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or admin support helpful.
• Exposure to CRM or customer-tracking tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions to create a welcoming impression.
• Support Community Sales Consultants by assisting tours and answering routine buyer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate prospect, visitor, and sales data in CRM and tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials for a polished environment.
• Assist with on-site events, promotions, and administrative tasks.
