Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking an energized, entry-level Community Sales Assistant to support customers in model homes and sales offices. You will help with tours, gather information, manage CRM data, and keep marketing materials organized, under supervision.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a basic understanding of real estate concepts, and a desire to learn the sales process while contributing to a welcoming customer experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Preferred Real Estate License or active permit.
• Experience with CRM systems or customer-tracking tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support Community Sales Consultants by assisting with tours and answering routine inquiries.
• Maintain accurate prospect, visitor, and sales data in CRM and tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials.
• Assist with administrative tasks, contracts, and reporting.
• Coordinate with mortgage team to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in training to understand products and sales processes.
• Work with team to ensure a positive customer journey.
