Sekisui House U.S., Inc. seeks a Community Sales Support professional to help engage customers, prepare materials, and keep CRM data accurate. You will assist with model homes, events, and contract paperwork, while learning homebuilding processes under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, up to 1 year of related experience, and a willingness to learn sales procedures and product knowledge in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Basic familiarity with customer service or administrative work.
• Real estate license preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support roles.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions.
• Support Community Sales Consultants by standing in as needed, assisting with tours, and addressing routine buyer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate prospect, visitor, and sales-related data in CRM, tracking tools, and other systems.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials to ensure a polished and organized environment.
• Support onsite events, community activities, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including contract preparation, paperwork, and reporting.
