Job summary

Drees Homes in Nashville is seeking a New Home Sales Trainee to train as an on-site New Home Sales Representative. The program will teach you to answer customer questions about products, financing, warranty, and construction, mostly on-site with a seasoned rep.

After training, you will move into a salary-plus-commission role while you build relationships with clients and present the company’s products in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years prior successful sales (retail or service) required.
• 2–3 years prior customer service experience (retail or service) required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Understands and utilizes all sales forms, procedures, contracts, and policies.
• Prospects for new clients and qualifies buyers.
• Presents the company’s products in a professional manner.
• Completes all sections of the Trainee Program Manual.
• Displays knowledge of product lines, subdivisions, and community facilities.
• Greets prospective customers and demonstrates the model home.
• Ensures the model home site is well maintained and presentable.
