Job summary

DRB Homes in Nashville/Fulton area is seeking a Sales Associate in a training role leading toward a Community Sales Consultant. You will greet prospects, demonstrate model homes, and provide information on features, community, and surroundings.

You will assist with site and plan selections, pre-qualify buyers, and help with contracts, color selections, and loan steps. Growth through a structured training program is offered.

Qualifications

• Real estate license may be required in certain states before selling new homes.
• Prior experience in New Home Sales, Property Management, Leasing, or High-End Retail sales is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective customers and demonstrate model homes.
• Provide information on home features and community.
• Assist buyers with lot/site selection and floor plan/options.
• Pre-qualify customers and complete contract worksheets.
• Assist with loan applications and deposits per company requirements.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coordinate with production teams.
• Follow up on loans, contingencies, and post-settlement activities.
