Job summary

Drees Homes is looking for a motivated New Home Sales Trainee to join our Indianapolis Division. This entry-level position includes hands-on training and mentorship aimed at developing a successful Sales Representative.

The trainee will learn sales processes, engage prospective buyers, and support the sales team while maintaining a polished model home environment. A positive attitude and sales experience in retail or service industries are preferred. The role requires weekend and evening availability.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience required, preferably in retail or service industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Professional presence and approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply company sales processes, contracts, procedures, and policies.
• Prospect for new customers and help qualify potential buyers.
• Present homes and communities in a professional, engaging manner.
• Conduct model home tours.
