Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers from first contact through closing. You will use proactive sales techniques, manage relationships, and leverage Lennar’s selling philosophy to deliver a seamless buying experience.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in new home sales or related fields, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets. In-person role at Lennar communities in Florida with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Real estate or new home sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and determine homebuying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales from leads, including referrals.
• Maintain timely follow-up and accurate communication records through closing.
• Keep Welcome Center, model homes, and inventory updated and well-presented.
• Travel to generate leads through Realtors/Co-Brokers and self-prospecting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
