Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for New Home Sales in Katy, TX. The candidate should have a proven track record in new home construction sales and a strong business development background.

Experience in construction management roles transitioning to sales is welcome. The role involves handling objections, creating buying urgency, registering prospects, guiding buyers through financing and construction steps, and supporting the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates (Business, Marketing, etc) required or desirable.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience; new construction home sales experience preferred.
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using objection handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register 100% of prospects with complete demographics.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes selections, and building process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to other sales team members.
