Aspire Talent Solutions in Katy, TX is seeking a driven Sales Representative for New Home Sales. You will engage buyers, explain our building process, and guide them through mortgage options to reach a closing.

The role rewards a proven 2+ year track record in new home or construction sales, with a strong business development background. Expect high earning potential, Saturdays required, and opportunity to advance within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of solid inside/outside sales experience, preferably in new construction sales
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques; strong verbal and written communication
• Real estate license not required or preferred; willingness to work Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections using established processes and create urgency to buy.
• Register prospects with complete demographic information and follow up frequently.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes, and construction process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support for the sales team and share best practices.
• Differentiate our homes by presenting the building process and focusing on buyer needs.
• Qualify buyers financially with knowledge of conventional, FHA, and VA programs.
