Job Juncture seeks a Sales Representative for New Home Construction in Katy, TX. The role offers a salary range of $85,000–$125,000 per year and requires a proven track record in new home construction sales or related construction sales experience.

A Bachelor's or Associate’s degree is preferred, with 2+ years in sales and a strong business development background. Responsibilities include handling objections, guiding buyers through mortgage and construction steps, and maintaining robust prospect

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience; experience in new construction sales preferred.
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections using established processes and create urgency.
• Register prospects with complete demographic information and follow up with buyers.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes, and building process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to the sales team and share best practices.
• Differentiate our homes by presenting the building process and value to buyers.
• Qualify buyers financially with knowledge of conventional, FHA, and VA financing.
