Job summary

Markent Personnel in Katy, TX seeks a Sales Representative for New Home Sales. You will leverage a strong sales background to guide buyers through financing, lot selection, and the building process, coordinating with lenders and teams to close.

Saturdays required, with high six-figure earning potential and robust benefits including 401(k) matching and time off. Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business/marketing is preferred, and construction exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction.
• Exposure to construction field operations is a plus.
• Strong prospecting, sales, and closing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections and create urgency to buy.
• Register prospects with complete data and follow up consistently.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes, and building process to closing.
• Coach and support the sales team with best practices.
• Differentiate homes by presenting the building process and value to buyers.
