TradeLink Solutions Company is seeking a high-energy Sales & Design Representative for Custom New Home Sales in the Ashland area. The role focuses on overcoming objections, qualifying buyers, and guiding clients through mortgage and construction steps to a successful closing.

Applicants should have 2+ years in outside sales, preferably in new-home sales. Real estate license is not required, but a strong closing ability and lead follow-up are essential for success and earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in new-home sales.
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.
• Real estate license not required or preferred.
• Must be a skilled deal-closer with clients.
• Respond to leads and meet potential customers.
• Follow up on design suggestions and coordinate with construction.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using established handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete information.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, and finished options to closing.
• Provide training and support for the sales team by sharing best practices.
• Utilize sales processes to build rapport and uncover buyer needs.
