Job summary

TradeLink Solutions Company seeks a qualified New Home Sales Representative to support our client’s growth in custom home sales. The role emphasizes closing skills, lead follow-up, and guidance through the mortgage and build process.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of inside-outside sales in new construction, with strong communication, presentation, and team collaboration abilities. Flexible hours and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field; not strictly required.
• 2+ years of inside-outside sales experience, with new home sales preferred.
• Must be a strong closer with a proven track record.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience with mortgage/financing knowledge (conventional, FHA, VA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Address objections and guide buyers to win/win outcomes.
• Create prospect urgency and register prospects with complete data.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain momentum.
• Help buyers through mortgage, lot selection, and construction process to closing.
• Coach and support other sales team members with best practices.
